McIntyre, Allan Joseph

Allan passed away, suddenly, in his 82nd year while working in his garden on October 11, 2016. His wife and best friend for 55 years, Marcella, survived him by mere hours. Together they have entered Heaven on the wings of angels. He is survived by his loving son Keith, and his partner Kristina. Allan is predeceased by his parents, Doris and Don McIntyre of Hamilton. Allan was a long-time employee of Johnson’s Motors for 46 years. Allan shared his infinite knowledge and expertise of gardening and mechanics with all in need. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 796 Upper Gage Ave., on Sunday, October 16th from 1-4 & 6-9pm. Prayers will be said on Sunday at 8:30pm. A Funeral Mass will be offered at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church on Monday, October 17th at 11am. Cremation to follow.
