It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Marilyn Stewart after a short illness on September 5, 2010 at McMaster Medical Center. Beloved wife, best friend and companion of Edward O’Toole. Loving mother of Cathy King (Barrie) and Doug Stewart (Tammy). Dear Gramma of Ryan, Adam, Jimmy and Mallory. Dear daughter of Doris Mowat and sister of John Shaw (Joan). Predeceased by her sister Helen Dodds (Peter). Survived by many nieces and nephews. Marilyn will be dearly missed by all the O’Toole family. She was a parishioner at St. Eugene’s Parish in Hamilton and was a retired employee of Mount Royal Pharmacy in Burlington for many years. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1919 King Street East (between Rosedale and Cochrane) on Thursday, September 9th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday, September 10th at 11am.
