Condolence: I just learned of Mr Winslow's passing. He taught me in grade 5 at Dundas Public School in 1975-76. I remember him as a very kind and patient teacher who also taught me to play basketball, when I had no clue what I was doing, and who coached me in track. I've often thought of Mr Winslow over the years as I taught my students, reminding myself to be as kind and patient with my students as he was with his.
Mr Winslow was indeed a special teacher, one of a kind. His students were lucky to have had him as a teacher.

Condolence: Sadden to hear of the passing of a friend and great college classmate. Met Winslow during my first year at McKinley Tech High School in 1963. I was a freshman on the track team and "Rabbit" Winslow was one of the star senior sprinters. Reunited at Saint Augustine's College in Raleigh, NC in 1965, after Winslow transferred from Knoxville College, and ran track together during our time at "the Aug". A very conscious Brother and wonderful human being.

My condolences to the family and friends. A great writer, teacher, friend, family-man and superfast sprinter has left the Circle and is with the Ancestors. May the Peace of Eternity be upon him.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Winslow's passing; we were classmates at McKinley High School in Washington, D.C.. I hadn't seen or heard from him since graduation, as he moved to Canada, and I to Arizona. My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. It is good to know that he was able to make a difference in so many people's lives. Rest in God's Peace Brother!

Condolence: I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.
